Today was pretty crazy. The day began in the Word as I am following through the Bible in a year from www.mydevotion.com. It's hard not to stand in awe of God when you consider all He has done and all He is capable of doing! In Genesis we read of the raw power that is contained within the spoken word of God! Then we read how He made us unique and has such a purpose for us. I'm moved at how little we often recognize How much God loves us. We truly are fearfully and wonderfully made by and Almighty God!

Because of the "Simply Praying" study I am leading the youth through on Wednesday nights, I am looking for songs each day to express my praise to God. It has been pretty neat because the songs I have come across these past two days, I haven't listened to on a regular basis. Today I sing "Grace Greater" by Matt Blair. He co-wrote this song with Jason Roy of Building 429. This expresses so much of our relationship with God. I also love the incorporation of Scripture and a wonderful hymn that is familiar to so many. We used this scripture at the very beginning of our study. Listen carefully to the words.

Why a Benefit Concert?
For almost 4 years, Frontline has partnered with Loaves and Fishes to help those in need here in the Burlington area. We have seen the need first hand year after year as our students help stock shelves, fill bags, make home deliveries, and much more. We truly believe in the ministry they provide to those they serve. It is a tangible evidence of Jesus Christ in our midst.

L&F relies upon the donations of those in our community who also see that need. Unfortunately the giving often does not meet the need. While many remember to give to their local food ministry during the holidays, the supplies begin to drop off shortly thereafter. While the incoming supplies may dwindle the need seems to grow. In fact, this may be the greatest year of need we have seen.

Frontline is proud to partner with these bands to raise money to help meet the needs of our neighbors. We humbly ask for your presence and yes your money to help make this a success. Here is our goal and our reason.

We want to raise $1500
With that amount, we can provide food to 60 families for a whole month! Because of their efficiency, Loaves & Fishes can provide food to a family of 4 for $25 a month.
